Cook Children''s Medical Center Retirement Benefit Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas
The Retirement Plan Analyst is primary responsible for the administration of Cook Children’s Health Care System’s retirement plans (403b, 401a, 401k, 457b, and SERP). The Analyst oversees the operational administration of the plan through effectively managing recordkeeping and vendor relationships. The Analyst oversees retirement plan communications to employees regarding plan updates, plan regulations, and plan education. Responsible for full compliance and accurate reporting of the retirement plan. Advises senior management regarding proposed plan design changes, whether in response to regulatory changes or market conditions, to maintain a competitive position. Prepares documents for review and make suggestions regarding plan and investment activity and/or changes. Will assist with New Hire Orientation.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Position requires excellent PC and HRIS systems experience
High School or equivalent required
Bachelor degree preferred. 5 years of benefits experience with an emphasis on retirement plan administration required
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Qualifications:
CEBS or CBP preferred
