Insight Global REMOTE EPM Solution Architect in Fort Worth, Texas
Job Description
A large government and commercial services contractor are looking for a fully remote EPM Solution Architect candidate to join our team. We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and ownership of solution architecture for our federal client's Enterprise Finance Performance Management. The ideal candidate must have experience with leading products like Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Anaplan in a government contractor environment. This role offers remote-telework options.
The selected EPM Solution Architect will collaborate with federal client stakeholders, product vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful product implementation. Advocating for our federal client's best interests is paramount to ensure vendors meet their obligations. The ideal candidate needs to reside in EST or CST working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct System and Business Analysis to design processes and solutions.
2. Present fit-gap assessments, propose solution options, and assess impacts.
3. Identify areas for process improvement, recommend enhancements, and endorse best practices.
4. Engage and align with federal client stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
5. Define application requirements and contribute to solution development phases.
6. Develop and maintain data integration specifications and documentation.
7. Design blueprints and application frameworks for data integration.

Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Atleast 12 years of relevant experience in ERP/EPM solutioning.
* 5 years or moreof experience in designing Finance Transformation projects with Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
* Proficiency in managing implementation partners.
* Experience in rolling out EPM solutions in a government contractor setting is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Atleast 12 years of relevant experience in ERP/EPM solutioning.
* 5 years or moreof experience in designing Finance Transformation projects with Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
* Proficiency in managing implementation partners.
* Experience in rolling out EPM solutions in a government contractor setting is preferred. * Prior experience for working for a government integrator or Aerospace and Defense company.
* Position is fully remote, but candidate resides in EST or CST working hours.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adaptable to creating new solutions.
* Experience using Costpoint ERP system or related. null
