This position is in the F-16 Project Engineering team leading and supporting project execution.

This position develops and executes technical plans that are integrated and executed within the F-16 portfolio.

The role addresses issues, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops mitigation strategies.

This individual is the primary interface with F-16 program management office and customers.

This role requires learning and executing related processes, identifying, coordinating and implementing improvements to best enable team success.

The candidate must lead cross-functional teams to deliver performance excellence.

Expected to perform as the prime technical contact for projects of varying scale and scope.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a STEM major required.

• Experience with Project Management or Project Engineering.

• Experience managing conflicting priorities.

• Experience solving complex technical problems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing Eletronics Warfare, Radar, or other advanced fighter subsystems.

• Experience with System and Software Engineering processes.

• Possess excellent customer relationship leadership skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
