The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Emerging Technology team, you lead engagements in the Veeva Vault portfolio of applications across core business domains such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Safety, and Commercial applications. As a Senior Manager, you guide large, global programs and individual workstreams, utilizing your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results and drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and contributing to the overall success of the firm by developing diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engagements in the Veeva Vault portfolio across various business domains

  • Guide large-scale global programs and individual workstreams to achieve successful outcomes

  • Utilize influence and knowledge to attain exceptional results and project success

  • Build and maintain trust with diverse teams and stakeholders through clear communication

  • Motivate and coach teams to address and resolve complex challenges

  • Contribute to the firm's success by fostering dynamic, diverse, and inclusive teams

  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance operational processes

  • Align with strategic objectives and client expectations

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7 years of experience

  • Proficiency in Veeva Systems applications

  • Demonstrating proven leadership in managing client needs

  • Exhibiting experience with Sr Dir/VP/SVP/C-Suite executives

  • Developing sales strategies and managing contracts

  • Sourcing and maintaining top performing teams

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
