Join our MRP Demand Planning team in Fort Worth, TX, that is responsible for providing MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) support to multiple programs (F-35, F-22, F-16, C-130 and ADP). The position will be responsible for coordinating activities related to on-time material consumption, demand replenishments, demand stability, BOM (Bill Of Material) integrity and inventory accuracy at Subcontract Vendor locations both domestic and internationally. This team member will utilize SAP (Systems, Applications, and Processes), SiCOMP (Supplier Inventory Compare) tool, Tableau, CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) and other software to perform their daily tasks.
What You Will Be Doing
• Inventory Management and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to maintain accurate Lockheed Martin inventory at multiple vendor facilities worldwide.
• Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze complex data to identify trends, support inventory reconciliation, and draw inferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Process Support and Documentation: Assist with revisions to BFM (Buyer Furnished Material) Plan documentation that governs suppliers, and provide guidance and training to buyers/suppliers on inventory tracking via the SiCOMP tool.
• Subcontract Logic and Material Tracking: Support the accuracy of subcontract logic on Material Masters, Purchase Orders, and supplier inventory submissions, ensuring seamless execution of inventory throughput and backlog burndown.

Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with inventory management and/or supply/demand processes.
• Familiarity with reconciliation of data from multiple sources.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Buyers/Supplier Coordination: Prior experience working with buyers/suppliers on inventory or materials management.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of SiCOMP, Tableau, or CAPP.
• Inventory Reconciliation:
Familiarity with inventory reconciliation processes and subcontract logic adjustments in SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, creating various types of formulas (i.e. - calculations, look ups, conditional formatting, pivots, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt the delivery of training/guidance information based on the audience and desired outcome.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
