Deluxe Information Security - Staff Compliance Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

As an Information Security - Staff Compliance Analyst at Deluxe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization meets and maintains the highest standards of security and compliance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in internal and external risk and compliance audits, including PCI DSS, SOC 1/ 2, Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST CSF. Who will have significant experience and will be responsible for managing larger projects and mentoring junior staff.

Job Functions

  • Ensure framework alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, SOX). Enact action necessary to enhance security and compliance. Develop and implement long-term risk and compliance strategies.

  • Follow and enhance the audit or assessment framework. Use and maintain audit methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Advise senior management on compliance issues. Enact the development and implementation of compliance training programs, as well as compliance policies and procedures.

  • Review compliance assessments and validate mitigation strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure evidence complies with security standards, controls, and regulations. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of mitigation efforts.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance by staying current with regulations and industry best practices. Support the development of security and compliance policies. Assist with special projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years of experience.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to execute effectively in complex, matrixed organizations, and adjust strategies to meet new challenges.

  • Proven capacity to lead a team to drive organizational change, focusing on team collaboration, achieving project goals, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with organizational objectives, contributing to departmental initiatives and driving improvements in performance and efficiency.

  • Strong aptitude for communicating complex ideas and updates to peers, supervisors, senior management, and stakeholders, negotiating successfully in high-stakes situations.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities under pressure and consistently delivering results on tight deadlines.
