We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team and provide direct support to our Integrated Operations and Global Supply Chain departments. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and cost management across various functions, including Manufacturing, Assembly, Facilities, Manufacturing Support, Procurement, and Logistics.
What you’ll be doing as a Financial Analyst:
Assist in the development and implementation of budgets for allocated costs, capital, and inventory.
Assist in developing Manufacturing labor base, staffing forecasts and performance metrics.
Conduct cost analysis and monitor the performance of direct labor & material, allocated costs, and capital projects.
Provide actionable information to leadership to aid in effective cost management.
Lead the development of Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) and supporting business cases.
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role:
Experience in manufacturing and/or Aerospace & Defense with an emphasis in finance, business analytics, or similar fields.
Self-motivated and inquisitive with strengths in project management, customer service, and the ability to handle ambiguity.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
Experience in leading projects with cross-functional team members.
Ability to analyze complex financial objectives or issues and provide effective alternative solutions.
Must be able to communicate effectively and relate well with others at all levels.
Ability to work independently with general direction.
Solid working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years in an analyst role with relevant experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
