F-22 Modernization Program Integrator - Level 3

The F-22 Program is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead integration efforts across the F-22 Test & Infrastructure Portfolio. The scope of efforts range from labs, development flight test, and F-22 In a Box development with responsibility for integration oversight across multiple contracts. The position will also be required to occasionally assist with integration efforts across the F-22 Modernization enterprise.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities include direct support of the Senior Program Management team with execution of contract requirements, cost/schedule management, staffing management, customer interactions, proposal development and product deliverables.

This role includes potential for a Project Management and Program Management trajectory within the organization and will be responsible for the following:

Lead integration activities for the Test & Infrastructure portfolio, serving as an interface across multiple leaders across the platform, including interaction with USG customer and Boeing teammate.

Implement and manage processes for integration activities, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking, Risk and Opportunity Management, EPRS and Earned Value Management, execution scorecards and development of recurring briefings for internal and external leadership.

Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret Security Clearance and current update. This position reports to a secure facility.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher education.

Program/Project Management or Integration Experience

Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience with Program/Project management and program integration processes

Strong organizational, planning and time management skills

Ability to manage and motivate team toward accomplishment of organizational commitments

Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues and solutions with program leadership

Demonstrated communication skills across diverse teams and an ability to leverage cross-functional organizational networks

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
