Job Title: Experienced Payroll Administrator Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annually

Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll for 250+ employees. This temp-to-hire role requires ADVANCED payroll expertise, using JD Edwards, Kronos, VMS Beeline, Excel, and Google platforms. Responsibilities include processing payroll, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative support. The position requires 40 hours weekly, with occasional Sunday work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for 250+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Utilize JD Edwards, Kronos, VMS Beeline, Excel, and Google platforms.

  • Maintain employee records, manage work schedules, and handle escalations.

  • Identify process improvements and support HR and payroll operations.

  • Perform minimal supply chain duties, including event planning.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Fort Worth, TX, and work onsite.

  • 3+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.

  • Excel skills and payroll software proficiency.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; CPP preferred.

  • (Spanish & ENGLISH) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll for 250+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Utilize JD Edwards, Kronos, VMS Beeline, MS Office Excel, and Google platforms to manage and process payroll.

  • Perform data entry and maintain employee records within the payroll systems.

  • Manage multiple work queues and schedules, ensuring that work is assigned appropriately and managed within stated SLAs.

  • Respond to Specialist and employee escalations, providing analysis, resolution, and communication as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures, providing backup support to the team as required to meet SLA requirements.

  • Provide recommendations and solutions for process improvements; identify opportunities to mitigate risk and add value to meet business needs.

  • Partner with other team leads and managers in HR and PR Operations to provide end-to-end operational guidance and support.
