Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking an Electrical CAD Technician to join their team. As an Electrical CAD Technician, you will be part of the technical team supporting detailers, designers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Electrical CAD Technician
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
What's the Job?
Support technical teams in creating top-tier details for diverse projects.
Assist in developing computer-aided drafting and design solutions.
Prepare and revise permit and plot drawings.
Adhere to company and client drafting standards and procedures.
Research solutions to project concerns and recommend solutions to design problems.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma/GED and coursework in drafting technology or specialized CAD certification.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Micro-Station is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong desire to grow and develop within the field.
