Robert Half Corporate Engineering Recruiter in Fort Worth, Texas

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Corporate Engineering Recruiter in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is situated in the engineering industry and the successful candidate will be expected to work on-site. The focus of the role will be to develop internal and external relationships, source and screen candidates, and manage the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships within the company to facilitate internal mobility and succession planning.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and devise sourcing strategies.

• Use networking and unconventional sourcing methods to fill difficult positions.

• Participate in job fairs and trade shows to recruit top talent in the industry.

• Source and screen both internal and external candidates.

• Develop and negotiate employment offers.

• Support initiatives for Veterans and diverse candidates.

• Maintain accurate records for compliance with federal and state employment reporting.

• Utilize expertise in recruiting for a variety of professional and technical engineering positions across multiple disciplines.

• Work with various unions for placement of candidates. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Engineering Recruitment

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Knowledge of workstation support

• Proficient in Hiring Processes

• Solid negotiation and networking abilities

• An understanding of Engineering principles and Machinery

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry

• Familiarity with Placement and Sourcing strategies

• Experience representing a company at Trade Shows

• Ability to develop a Succession Planning strategy

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System

• Experience attending Job Fairs

• Understanding of HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) role

• Ability to develop a Source Strategy for recruiting

• Experience in sourcing Passive Candidates

• Knowledge of Technical Engineering principles

• Ability to use Measure Tools in recruitment

• Knowledge of different Source Methods in recruitment

• Understanding of KCT Credit Union operations

• Experience in Compliance reporting in recruitment.
