Community Health Systems Phlebotomist PRN in Fort Wayne, Indiana
About our Phlebotomist position:
Phlebotomist assists patients in outpatient laboratory draws as well as inpatient laboratory draws. Will also provide support to technical laboratory team members in the identification, collection, logging, processing and distribution or laboratory specimens and results. Performs registration of patients and other clerical duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent , prior phlebotomy experience preferred
