Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Interim HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources operations on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly during this interim period.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines.

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues and concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.

  • Partner with department managers to develop and implement training programs.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • SHRM certification preferred.
