Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Read Blueprints and measuring equipment such as scales, micrometers, optical comparators, and veniers.

``` - Be able to set up, operate and maintain all 2nd Operation and Molding equipment.

``` - The Cell Operator must work as a team member to insure the success of the team and to assist the team in meeting customer demands.

``` - Maintain a clean and safe work environment utilizing 5S procedures.

```{=html}

``` - Provide assistance to other cells as needed.

```{=html}

``` - Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School or GED Equivalent

``` - Must be able and willing to work as a team member.

```{=html}

``` - Have ability to learn quickly and retain various forms of information.

```{=html}

``` - Reading, writing and math skills are essential.

```{=html}

``` - Ability to read and use work instructions, blueprints, and measuring instruments.

```{=html}

``` - Basic computer skills.

Competencies:
