DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Classification: Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy

Your Team & Role As a Project Management Associate on the Operational Readiness Team, you will lead small and medium sized projects/initiatives as part of the Service Support & Solutions organization. These initiatives will impact multiple US business lines within the strategic initiative portfolio. These will include transformation initiatives, product launches/enhancements, and regulatory projects. You will provide leadership and guidance to Initiative/Product Owners and SMEs.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day  * Perform business impact assessments. * Create strategic and tactical plans and resource coordination. * Drive execution of key operational activities (SOP's, Training, Form Updates, etc.) * Manage and execute project communications as well as issue monitoring/resolution. * Develop, track, and implement controls to lead project and organizational risk. * Provide project level reporting.

The Skills & Expertise You Bring  * 1 year of experience in a project/initiative support and/or project management role or an internship preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. * A mix of both business process/system knowledge. A proven working understanding of the US Business Service operating model is highly beneficial. * Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to communicate results and influence others. Comfortable working with senior levels of business * Skilled at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and thoughtfully. * Process oriented. Able to work through complex scenarios, deliver streamlined solutions and quickly adapt to change. Has the ability to think strategically and evaluate process effectiveness with the ability to lead projects and initiatives. * Ability to ask the tough questions and establish relationships throughout the US business organization and the Prudential enterprise, continuously setting a higher standard. * Comfortable with risk management; to include auditing, control reporting, and financial management. * Comfortable working in a virtual and on-site environment

It would be a plus if you had: * Ability to operate in an agile manner in an environment with ambiguity and can handle multiple dissimilar responsibilities and pivot quickly as business priorities shift. * Understand business priorities, connect the dots, and provide solutions. * Identify, take ownership, proactively resolve issues and operate quickly/efficiently, while thinking/acting like a business owner.

Additional Information The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence in the Shelton, CT, Fort Washington, PA or Newark, NJ offices on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $57,900.00 to $86,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based o many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
