Aerotek Electronic Test Technician in FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida
Description
An Electronic Test Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and devices. They install and configure these systems, ensuring that all components are properly assembled and connected. This role involves conducting performance tests on electronic systems, analyzing the results, and troubleshooting any malfunctions that arise. The technician must perform routine maintenance to keep systems functioning optimally and document all repairs and maintenance activities. Collaboration with engineers and other professionals is essential to understand problems and provide updates on progress.
Shift and Pay
20.00 -25.00/hr based on experience
7 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
off every other Friday( 9/80 schedule)
Skills and Responsibilities
System Setup: Install and configure electronic systems and devices.
Component Assembly: Assemble and connect system components, such as cables and circuitry.
Testing: Conduct performance tests on electronic systems and analyze results.
Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose malfunctions in electronic systems and make necessary repairs.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are functioning properly.
Documentation: Maintain logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
Collaboration: Work with engineers and other professionals to understand problems and provide progress updates.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
