Position: Sales Representative
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000.00/yr (paid weekly)
Commission: Negotiated at final interview

Company Provided Cell Phone
10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) per year after 1 year of employment.
6 Holidays Off
Health, Dental, Vision Benefits available after 90 days
Probationary Period: The first ninety (90) days of employment will serve as a probationary period to ensure a mutual fit for the position and to familiarize you with our tools and systems for independent productivity.
Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Manage and cultivate accounts within the designated territory, primarily focusing on Fort Myers and surrounding areas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively seeking out potential clients and projects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
Utilize company resources and tools efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
