Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational activities and personnel at the RSW transportation station.
Ensure transit routes and service commitments are prioritized and met.
Lead the recruitment, training, and evaluation of transportation station staff to maintain top performance.
Investigate and document vehicle accidents, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting.
Assist with budgetary financial reports to align with organizational goals.
Conduct on-site inspections of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Develop and manage driver schedules, updating them based on demand and availability.
Represent the station in scheduled manager meetings to align with company objectives.
Oversee, complete, and follow up on all disciplinary actions, ensuring accountability at the station.
Collaborate closely with dispatch to identify and resolve service issues promptly.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Five years in transportation, with a focus on management and service supervision.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal, State, and local transportation regulations.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide a team, with excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; preferred experience driving shuttles, buses, or passenger vans.
Physical Ability: Dexterity in hands and legs, capable of working in outdoor conditions.
Language Proficiency: Ability to converse, read, and document in English fluently.

Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Requirements
Requirements:
Five years experience in transportation with managing experience in transportation as a service desired
Experience in supervising transportation staff members
Knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations applicable to transportation
Good leadership and communication skills
Must have current, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Will be required to obtain driving permits as required by airport authorities.
Experience driving a shuttle, bus, passenger van or vehicle for hire is preferred.
Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. by self, up to 20 times a day.
Must have dexterous use of both hands and legs. Must be able to work outdoors in heat and cold.
Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language to respond to official inquiries and to make entries on reports and records.
