US Anesthesia Partners Practice Administrative Coordinator - On Site in Fort Myers, Florida
Overview
Facilitates routine and ad-hoc administrative operations of the platform/practice and serves as both a liaison and subject matter expert for various MSO units and clinicians, working to ensure alignment between MSO and clinical operations to achieve platform goals. Develops relationships as appropriate with customer administrative teams to facilitate appropriate and timely resolution of any issues. Works effectively with the leadership team to ensure success of the platform by partnering with the scheduling team, Chief Anesthetists and Site Chiefs to facilitate solving challenges as needed.
Job Highlights
Facilitates and supports the Clinical Hiring process with Site Chiefs for Physicians and Anesthetists to include, arrangement of interviews, site visits, itinerary, candidate confirmation and feedback management including practice and TA.
Facilitates and manages the creation of improved processes, quality control and communication between scheduling and physician division leaders for Qgenda.
Works closely with customer administrative teams to resolve issues, including scheduling, billing, and staffing and escalates as needed. Provides point of contact for managing resolution between parties.
Prepares and maintains necessary spreadsheets needed for managing business projects, including information for programs, processes, policies, and procedures.
Acts as point of contact between the Site Chiefs, CGB president, Chief Anesthetists, and corporate office staff to answer questions, provide recommendations, align processes or request materials, including IT support.
Acts as Lead to lower-level support for guidance and provides indirect oversight on daily
Maintains executive administrative support functions including organization calendars and shared calendars for multiple staff members, office records including office procurements and reimbursement procedures and record of meetings for CGB and coordinates meetings for Physicians, Anesthetists and all other committees as needed.
Manages compilation of data for creation and ongoing maintenance for MSO/Practice PowerPoint
Maintains practice support such as scheduling of Physician and Anesthetist recertification
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):
Associates Degree: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
Proficiency in the effective management of physician schedules and QGenda
Ability to review scheduling for accuracy
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various providers, including anesthesiologists, Anesthetists & hospital staff during stressful situations.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain, adapt and create necessary spreadsheets needed for managing business projects.
Demonstrates competence in working effectively as a team member, as well as independently.
Demonstrates effective time management.
