Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Fort Myers, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts
• Ensure accurate customer credit records are maintained and updated
• Utilize CRM for customer relationship management
• Efficient time tracking and management
• Manage accounting functions to ensure financial stability and transparency
• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support
Requirements
• Familiarity with Job Costing & Lien Releases
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is expected.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
• Skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) are required.
• Capability to manage Answering Inbound Calls is essential.
