This Executive Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of basic, complex, and confidential administrative duties in support of our Market President.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares PowerPoints, agendas, handouts, documents, and any other needed material
Light Project Management
Performs general administrative functions in support of Executive and Senior Leadership including typing, copying, organizing, ordering, filing, etc.
Coordinates executives schedule and makes appointments
Arranges and coordinates travel and reservations
Schedules and prepares for meetings, programs, and events
Creates and maintains presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents
Attends meetings and records notes as needed
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when appropriate
Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
Corresponds and coordinates with other departments and external entities as needed
Reviews and disseminates information received from other departments and external sources
Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for various projects
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
