Apple Roofing Administrative Assistant in Fort Myers, Florida
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Lincoln, NE office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our database, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information, answering, and directing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities
Input company leads accurately and efficiently into our database
Verify incoming lead data/emails for accuracy and completeness
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Maintain data entry processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data input
Complete data entry tasks on time and within established deadlines
Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations for efficiency and productivity gains
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
1+ years of experience in a data entry or office administrative support role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with basic data entry software and databases
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Note: This is an entry-level position and training will be provided to ensure successful completion of job duties.
