At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $21.45 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read, write, and speak the english language
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
Understand and calculate percentages
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrate high proficiency GMP adherence
Demonstrate leadership skills/experience
Technical skills and aptitude
Problem solving ability
Responsibilities:
Assist with the primary planning, scheduling, and executing for the reworking of problem product
Maximize the opportunities to reduce the inventory of problem cheese by executing a developed plan without jeopardizing product quality
Will rotate with other jobs within the cheese department when needed
All other duties as assigned
