Viaero Wireless Accounts Payable Specialist in Fort Morgan, Colorado
JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Processor
Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, good communication and conflict resolution skills Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years, valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background check, and clean substance screening
PREFERRED: Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting work experience preferred Solomon software experience and other accounting software experience highly desirable
DAYS/HOURS: Mon - Fri primarily 8am to 5pm, may work other days/hours as work and office project demands.
WAGE/PAY:$20 - $23/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As Viaero's Accounts Payable Specialist, your primary responsibilities would center around providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This includes understanding how data entered affects other accounting processes and ensuring information is posted accurately and timely. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a strong background in accounting. This is an onsite position located in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices in various systems Communicate with vendors regarding new accounts, credit applications, payment status, and invoices Reconcile vendor statements Prepare and process weekly check runs Adhere to weekly/monthly/annual deadlines Follow record retention requirements Interact with accounting team, purchasing and other departments Adhere to all company policies and procedures Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned
