Red Arch Solutions Principal System Engineer - Prime Contract in Fort Meade, Maryland
Hiring now for new positions on a Prime contract.
Responsibilities:
The Red Arch Team of Systems Engineers will assist the government in all aspects of the SE lifecycle on a high visibility program that will collaborate between multiple IC partners. Our team will help provide professional engineering services to the government portfolio managers during the initiation, planning, and execution, monitoring, and close out phases on numerous complex engineering projects supporting CNO and similar orgs.
Responsibilities:
A nalyze user requirements, CONOPS, high level system architecture to develop system requirements and specifications.
Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.
Document end to end requirements.
Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design and technology across customer spaces to include working with different vendors.
Engineer innovative solutions for data and integration to existing and prototype systems
Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems.
Develop system architecture.
Guide system development.
Develop operational planning documents for potential targets of interest.
Interact with government customers while managing and owning technical integrity.
Requirements:
Active T/S SCI with polygraph DOD clearance.
20 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar score, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading SE efforts. BS degree is System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline. 5 years of SE experience may be substituted for a BS degree. #CJ
