Job Description
Mission Technologies a division of HII - Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space (CEWS) provides full-spectrum cyber, EW and space capabilities that address today’s rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats, and anticipate emerging threats.

Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team is currently seeking a Cyberspace Training Specialist 1 in support of an exciting new effort supporting one of our clients that is responsible for unifying the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthening DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating and bolstering DoD's cyber expertise.
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree (Additional four (4) years of job-related military performing training experience may be substituted for education requirement).
•Training Development Certification.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing classroom-based training including:
Developing and providing technical and end-user training on technical subject matter.
Evaluating training and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and standards.
Planning and scheduling training and exercise events and observation activities.
Preparing and coordinating training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needs.
Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues impacting training.
Leading the design and development of operational training instructions, materials, and products.
Conducting the research necessary to develop and revise training courses.
Preparing instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) as well as student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
Training personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
