ManTech Cyberspace Operations Lead in Fort Meade, Maryland
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyberspace Operations Lead to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD . This is an onsite position.
The Cyberspace Operations Lead will serve as the overall technical lead for contractor personnel supporting COSS functions and support the PM in overseeing TO technical requirements including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, determine, and recommend necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated changes to the DODIN.
Test and document results for newly developed capabilities based on USCYBERCOM requirements.
Develop, integrate, and maintain operational TTPs, SOPs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
Identify, analyze, and develop mitigation or remediation actions for system and network vulnerabilities.
Develop and assess current DODIN plans and policies to include emerging technologies.
Synchronize and prioritizes capability requirements and new tactical uses of existing capabilities.
Identify shortfall and capability gaps on DOD policy and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst or a related functional area
Minimum of High School Diploma
Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level III Certification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of three years of experience managing teams in a cyberspace environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing DCO, cyberspace defense, CND, cybersecurity, and/or IA.
Experience working program activities in compliance quality assurance activities.
Experience working risk identification, management, and mitigation.
Experience leading teams in a multi-agency, multi stakeholder environment.
Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly is required prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
