ASRC Federal Holding Company Cross Domain Project Manager (Hybrid) in Fort Meade, Maryland
ASRC Federal Data Network Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to support our customer DISA's Cyber Directorate. Come take a "deep dive" into cross-domain solutions and related capabilities where your technical and project management skills will be thoroughly exercised and recognized as Project Manager Team Lead. Responsibilities:
Lead team of project manager in daily activities
Interface with the DoD Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) community to gather and validate user business requirements and needs
Support the implementation of cross domain systems which meet customer business needs
Participate in system design teams
Plan, schedule and coordinate project implementation to ensure customer requirements are met
Anticipate customer problems and recommend solutions
Apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies/principles and business process modernization projects
Assist others on technical or industry-related issues
Interact directly with the user community and all levels of stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in a technical field and 5-7 years of experience supporting project management capabilities in distributed IT system design, implementation, and deployment; (additional experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable)
Active Secret clearance
PMP and ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
Experience leading a small project in system requirements analysis for software development and systems integration programs
Familiarity with industry standard project management methodologies and tools
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with excellent customer responsiveness and stakeholder engagement skills
2 Days a week Onsite in the Ft Meade area
