Army Installation Management Command Food and Beverage Attendant (Snack Bar) NA-02 in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin

Summary This position is located at McCoy's Community Center, Fort McCoy, WI. McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining Operations, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Fort McCoy Community. Responsibilities Prepares a limited variety of short order, fast food items to include hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc. in a Snack Bar setting. Prepares/slices vegetables for sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Removes perishable foods from the freezer for daily activities. Assures tables, and all work areas to include equipment and storage areas are promptly cleared and cleaned. Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments. Accepts food orders from patrons and receives payments and completes cash report at the end of assigned shift. Helps coordinate food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning up work areas. Follows all safety, security, and good housekeeping rules. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume.
