Computer Systems Analyst

Contingent Upon Contract Award

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking experienced Computer Systems Analysts to join our team primarily supporting a United States Department of Defense customer at Pope Army Airfield, NC. The Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical, systems, and network administration support across a variety of platforms. The role includes managing data link training systems, maintaining secure network environments, and supporting both classroom and distance learning technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and automation devices to support operations

  • Create, maintain, and manage user accounts across NIPR/SIPR and other classified/unclassified networks

  • Perform regular backups, archiving, and restoration of critical data, ensuring data integrity and availability

  • Provide setup, configuration, and support for classroom and distance learning systems, including instructor podium software, AV equipment, interactive monitors, and student laptops

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint solutions, ensuring that course materials and curriculum updates are accessible and properly integrated

  • Implement and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with encryption requirements and maintaining secure network environments

  • Assist in the development and integration of curriculum content with Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) and other learning management platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • CompTIA Security+ certification

  • 4+ years of experience in systems administration, network management, or IT support in an organization with 100+ users

  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

  • Experience with maintaining network and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware

  • Experience installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware/software issues

  • Experience working as a SharePoint developer

  • Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, SQL, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a defense contracting or military training environment

  • Knowledge of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems or Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) operations
