Encompass Onsite LLC Talent Acquisition Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Position Overview:
Bring your charisma, energy, and drive to lead our talent acquisition efforts! As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for filling our hiring funnel with top-tier candidates while driving our recruitment strategies in a multi-site, multi-language organization. You’ll actively recruit in the field, network within the industry, and act as a key contributor to our company’s growth. You will tell the story of our company, where we are headed, and why top talent should join us. You will be responsible for recruiting the top 10% of talent in the industry, ensuring the success of our long-term goals by building a superior workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and plan staffing needs.
Attract and engage top talent within the industry.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and arrange management interviews.
Ensure the timely execution of recruitment processes.
Organize and participate in new hire orientation.
Maintain and update career opportunities on the company website.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline by maintaining contact with potential future candidates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making and judgment aligned with company culture and goals.
Service-oriented, with exceptional people skills and the ability to persuade.
Proactive in developing big-picture recruitment solutions.
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Experience sourcing resumes and locating top talent in the field.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
Social perceptiveness, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
2 years of recruitment experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish required; Creole is a plus).
Valid Florida driver’s license.
Willingness to travel to events and service sites as required.
