ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Production Worker in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay Range: $15-$16/hr. Depending on shift
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
What's the Job?
Perform assembly and brazing of piping in HP units.
Construct units by using structural components and securing them to the unit.
Assemble refrigerant components for brazing.
Braze units in tight spots and keep up with the line’s target unit in 8 hours.
Use manual and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Brazing copper experience.
Manufacturing experience: AC manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift 40lbs individually and up to 70 lbs. with assistance.
Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
