We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Consumer Marketing Programs. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You’ll be responsible for leading all 1:1 LTO, Retention, Loyalty, and Rapid Response Programs and managing Offers, Timelines, Approvals, Tactics, and partner and leader communications.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management Leadership:

  • Partner closely with Consumer Marketing Managers, Product and Revenue Management leads, Rapid Response teams, and Marketing and Contact Center leads

  • Work closely with the Direct Marketing agency to transition all LTO and Rapid Response programs.

  • Provide list requirements to Agency and QC

  • Work with VP and external partners to develop new retention and loyalty programs

  • Team Management:

  • Co-manage 2 shared resources with competing priorities

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment

  • Develop a team recommendation for future state as the work evolves

  • Develop direct resources for bench strength; Transition team from order takers to initiators

  • Campaign Execution:

  • Utilize data and insights to develop and enhance LTO Campaigns.

  • Manage all LTO, Loyalty and Retention and Rapid Response campaigns

  • Develop the supporting team to grow in strategy and planning vs. implementing only

  • Performance Analysis:

  • Partner with internal analysts to scope and deliver automated reports and campaign performance analytics

  • Utilize learnings in go-to-market campaigns

  • Implement a constant environment of test and learn and share learnings with the organization and consumer marketing partners.

  • Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Partner with the product team to test new offers by audience

  • Challenge yourself and the team to utilize new data for targeting audiences, offers and messaging

  • Technology and Tools:

  • Train the team on new martech tools

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and tools to enhance program activation capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, creative, graphic design or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct marketing

  • Minimum 3 years’ leading a team

  • Minimum 5 years’ managing campaign delivery

  • Minimum 8 years’ offer communication experience

  • Experience with email, direct mail and SMS

  • Experience managing high performance teams through change

  • Experience with email and direct mail campaign performance reporting

  • 5 years’ partnership experience with planning integrated campaigns

  • 5 years’ partnership experience with Product, Marketing and Sales

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $89,600.00 to $121,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
