Responsibilities

• Working at Heights: Use ladders and work at elevated heights comfortably.
• Using Tools: Demonstrate proficiency with tools for various installations.
• Taking Notes and Pictures: Capture before and after photos of installations and maintain detailed records of materials used and tasks completed.
• Collaborating with Other Teams: Work closely with the design team to ensure aesthetic alignment and communicate with the sales team to understand customer needs.

Requirements

• Experience and Training: Skilled with hands-on work, preferably with construction experience; training will be provided.
• Education: High school diploma is beneficial but not required; relevant trade school training is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Ability to safely life, move or carry objects weighing 50 lbs. without assistance of others.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision to ensure correct installation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during installations.
• Work Ethic: Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong commitment to the job.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices while working is crucial.
• Driver's License: This position requires a valid and clean driver's license.
