You Will Be A Great Fit If You Have…
1+ years of professional experience as an Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude from working experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery including specialized equipment used in production such as Hydraulic Presses, Electric and Gas ovens, Punch Presses, conventional Machine (mills, lathes), etc.
Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic principles.
Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.
Understanding of industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
The ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of CNC Mills and Lathes
As an Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician, You Will…
Be the main point of contact for machine breakdown recoveries to ensure continuous production.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime, and extending machinery lifespan.
Provide maintenance and repair to various machinery, including power tools, CNC machines, and other industrial equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to optimize machinery functionality.
Execute test runs of machine adjustments to ensure safe operation within quality standards.
Play a pivotal role in ensuring continuous machinery operation and efficiency.
Work in compliance with policies, OSHA regulations, ISO, and internal quality assurance procedures.
