CVS Health Case Manager RN in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Candidates must be located in Miami or Broward, FL. This is a telework role that will require 25-50% local travel once COVID restrictions are lifted. Schedule Monday-Friday standard business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm EST. - 2+ years clinical practice experience (High Risk Maternal / Child Health).- 1+ year proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.- RN with current unrestricted Florida state licensure required.- Bilingual in English & Spanish or Creole required.

- Case Management experience.- Managed care experience.
- Associate degree with RN active unrestricted Florida State license required. - BSN preferred.
