Robert Half Application Support Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description We are in search of an Application Support Analyst to join our team in the healthcare industry situated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves offering support to our application users, analyzing and resolving issues, and liaising with our development team to enhance the software product. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and offer solutions to the applications issues submitted by clients in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the development team to resolve complicated tasks and enhance the software product.

• Review the tickets submitted by clients and coordinate with the appropriate resolver groups for prompt resolution.

• Adhere to the Service Level Agreements set by the client and ensure client satisfaction.

• Generate regular reports on the tickets submitted by clients.

• Understand and apply the software development process in daily operations.

• Support the software product used by our clients and handle tickets from customers efficiently.

• Apply your knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in handling healthcare claims products.

• Ensure customer service is of high quality by maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications efficiently.

• Use your skills in Microsoft SQL Server, Application Support, and Basic Troubleshooting to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management.

• Strong skills in Customer Service to effectively communicate with users and resolve issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.

• Prior experience in Application Support, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Comfortable with using a Ticketing System to manage and resolve issues.

• Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting to identify and fix common problems.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare Industry.

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
