Description
We are offering a temp-to-hire employment opportunity for a Detail Oriented Administrative Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a detail oriented and positive office environment, handling a myriad of administrative and HR tasks, and fostering an engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating daily office operations, including managing supplies and vendor relationships
• Overseeing IT and telecommunications setups to ensure smooth operation
• Handling inbound calls with detail oriented and warmth
• Organizing company events that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
• Assisting with local recruitment and employee engagement programs
• Managing meeting room schedules and tracking office budget
• Administering human resources tasks such as onboarding new team members
• Utilizing administrative tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel for various tasks
• Actively participating in company-sponsored sustainability programs
• Conducting calendar management duties to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing high call volumes.
• Demonstrated ability in calendar management including scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Experience with event planning, including logistics and coordination.
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) administration processes and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with fostering a positive workplace culture is necessary.
• Proven experience in supporting recruiting efforts and talent acquisition.
