Solid company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a temporary basis, covering an employee leave with the potential for extension. This position offers an invaluable opportunity to work with a seasoned team handling Accounts Payable functions for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounts Payable and be proficient in Excel and accounting software. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
Verify vendor invoices against manifest and pricing sheets.
Address and resolve any invoice or manifest discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts with suppliers regularly.
Coordinate and manage the tracking of deposits and final payments to suppliers.
Skills
Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
Disbursements/Check Runs (3 years of experience is required)
Coding/Batching (3 years of experience is required)
Excel (3 years of experience is required)
