What is the Finance Leadership Development Program:

In this rotational program, you will join our Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL. This position will start in Internal Audit for 6 – 9 months and then you will rotate onto the Corporate Finance Team for 12 – 15 months to get exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, ESG or Investor Relations.

After 18-24 months in Fort Lauderdale, FL we will relocate you to one of our other business units in Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC, or Milwaukee, WI.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time (safety permitting).

  • Relocation to one of our business units 18-24 months after hire. Examples of locations where these future opportunities exist include, but are not limited to: Milwaukee, WI; Greenville, SC; & Charlotte, NC.

  • Candidates with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, exhibit a high energy level, and the ability to accommodate variable work assignments as well as work in a matrix environment.
