GovCIO Program Manager in Fort Knox, Kentucky

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Manager. This position will be located in Fort Knox, KY and will be an on site position.

Responsibilities

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

  • The Program Manager should posess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team responsible for system migration.

  • the ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance and support to team members, and make informed decisions.

  • the ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during system migration.

  • effective communication is crucial to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments during the system migration process

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • The candidate should have 12+years experience in Program Management (preferrably in a call center environment)

  • Troubleshoot technical problems

  • Analyze data to identify trends or patterns and proposing solutions to address challenges

  • Clear concise verbal and written communication

  • PMP cert

  • Clearance required: Secret

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
