Program Summary

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

As a Senior Logistics Support Specialist (SOC), you will review and develop TMR’s / TMO’s, logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recommend and coordinate the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.

  • Coordinate the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.

  • Troubleshoot problem areas in logistics and coordinate problem resolution or recommend solutions to management.

  • Coordinate with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.

  • Analyze work processes and develop metrics for measurement of performance.

  • Coordinate with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate regarding logistical functions performed under contract.

  • Battle track all LSO-Trans mission support.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of related experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Requires experience in the TMR (Transportation Movement request) process.

  • Experience in the TMO (Transportation Movement Order) process.

  • Must have experience on Command Post of the future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE).

  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are required.

Pay

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

  • Basic Compensation: $76,300 - $114,400

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
