Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Job Description

  • Manage timekeeping and attendance discipline responsibilities for site employees, including entering time and training managers on system requirements.

  • Coordinate timekeeping reports and schedules with corporate payroll and monitor the implementation of policies regarding wages, hours, and working conditions to ensure compliance with labor contracts.

  • Partner with the HR Business Partner to develop workforce analysis through analytics, data, and reports related to turnover, talent acquisition, talent management, and performance management.

  • Assist in coordinating employee life cycle management activities, support union matters, and handle arbitrations and grievances.

  • Organize planning, scheduling, and logistics for various HR activities such as New Employee Orientation, interviews, and site trainings.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Fort Dodge, Iowa and some days remote.

Work Environment

Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, flexible shifts available (e.g., 7:00am - 3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm)
