Title: Process & Capabilities Mgr II

Location: 3390 E Harmony Rd, Fort Collins, CO USA 80528 (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Month’s Contract

Pay Range $40.00 to $50.00/hr.

We are looking for a “Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary

The Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert in their field. They frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods, focusing on process improvements and cross-functional initiatives. This role involves working on complex problems where in-depth analysis of situations or data is required. The individual leads functional project teams, provides expertise, and represents the organization to external clients. Significant independent judgment is exercised to determine the best methods for achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate tactical process decisions, project status, and issues to ensure alignment with relevant business areas.

  • Lead and manage internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, providing feedback and conducting post-project evaluations.

  • Represent business needs on an ongoing basis to identify and drive process improvements.

  • Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements for designing new or improved processes of medium to high complexity.

  • Understand and analyze the business and customer impact of changes.

  • Utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies to enhance processes.

  • Establish and maintain process documentation consistent with overall organizational objectives.

  • Mentor and guide lower-level employees, providing expertise and direction in process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 6-10 years of experience in IT or business operations.

  • 5-8 years of project management experience.

  • Quality improvement training required; certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of core business processes and the revenue cycle.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills, with mastery in English and other relevant languages.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, from planning to execution and implementation.

  • Expertise in driving process improvements using industry-standard quality tools and concepts.

  • Solid financial and business acumen.
