Broadcom MES Software Engineer in Fort Collins, Colorado

Broadcom's Fort Collins Colorado semiconductor operation is looking for the right person to join our team of software professionals and data systems engineers who will enhance our ability to deliver highly integrated and highly available manufacturing applications now and in the future.

Required Skills Bachelor's in Software, Computer, Data Science, or related field. 5 years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C#, C/C++, CSS, JS, or equivalent experience. Experience with statistical methods for manufacturing process control (SPC) and data analysis. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Ability to work on site in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is not a remote work opportunity.

Preferred Skills Business process analysis, lean manufacturing, quality management, and software requirements definition. Experience with web development frameworks and technologies like DevExpress, Blazor, JavaScript, .NET Web Forms, and web services. Advanced scripting experience with languages like Bash, Perl, and Python. Excellent teamwork, communication, problem solving, customer service, and influencing skills. Advanced skills with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Configuration Management (CM), Revision Control, Testing, and Release Automation (ARA). Track record of customer engagement to consult on proper configuration of new implementations. Experience building intuitive user interfaces to drive improvements in the user experience (UI/UX)

Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
