Civil Engineer - Fort Collins, Colorado

Trihydro Corporation is seeking a civil engineer to join its Fort Collins, CO office. The successful candidate will join our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and assist in providing clients across many industries with effective, responsive, and safe solutions. You will assist with developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients. Responsibilities include:

Mentoring project team members

Managing projects and coordinating with clients

Performing and reviewing design calculations

Supervising figure preparation and preparing plan sets

Preparing technical memorandums and reports

Preparing and reviewing project specifications

Developing cost estimates

Preparing permit applications

Supporting business development activities

This role is for you if:

You have 7+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure including water and/or wastewater systems, water storage tanks, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, and grading and site development projects

You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Colorado or can obtain licensure within 6 months

You have an interest and ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices nationwide

You have an interest in maintaining existing client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $75,000-$100,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
