Overview: Entry level position Part Time and Full Time
Operating Hours: Mon-Wed: 11am-9pm Thu-Sat: 11am-10pm Sun: 12pm-8pm
Responsibilities: Preparing and serving food. Maintaining clean food preparation areas. Always following food safe protocols. Ability to commit to a high level of excellence and accountability. Ability to work distraction-free in a fast-paced environment. Going above and beyond to serve flavorful, healthy, and authentic food in a safe, clean, and exceptional manner.
Qualifications: Knowledge of general kitchen/food preparation requirements. Knowledge of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent attendance and respect for scheduled hours.
Wage Range and Benefits: Wage: $14.42/hr (2 month observation) After 2-month trial, discussion of a contract that includes medical, restaurant shares, and pay raise.
