Robert Half Billing Clerk in Fort Collins, Colorado
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the government industry for a Billing Clerk located in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. As a Billing Clerk, you will be tasked with various responsibilities including maintaining customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and managing computerized billing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications using accounting software systems
• Accurately maintain customer credit records and accounts receivable
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to customer needs
• Execute accounting functions with a focus on computerized billing operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Must have experience with Computerized Billing.
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is expected.
• Prior experience in Billing is a must.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required.
