The Opportunity:

As a CACI Lessons Learned Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team assisting the US Special Operations Command Lessons Learned Program. You will save lives, resources, and time through aggressive global collection, analysis, outreach, and dissemination of relevant U.S. Special Operati ons Forces observations, insights, and lessons to the Special OperationsForces (SOF) Warfighter and Joint Community.

Responsibilities:

You will also support the following tasks:

  • Prepare collection plans and collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation.

  • Assist with the collection, archiving, analysis, resolution, and dissemination of observations, insights, and lessons learned to support the client.

  • Use communications systems within a collaborative environment to support the program through proactive lessons learned sharing, peer review, and facilitation between operations forces organizations and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver briefings and reports to client leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in SOF within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level commander while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance, or ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.

  • Ability to prepare and deliver briefings to leadership.

  • Ability to prepare collection plans and to collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation.

  • Knowledge of SOF Command structure to enable targeted dissemination of observations, insights and lessons for all operations.

  • Ability to write detailed portions of studies.

  • Knowledge of Joint and SOF Doctrine and TTPs.

  • 1 years’ experience using classifi ed collaborati ve communicati ons systems for example DCO

  • Ability to use collaborati ve communicati ons systems

  • A bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience, an associate degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience.

Desired:

  • SOF Qualification (RANGER, SEALs, Special Forces Qualification Course, Marine Special Operations Qualificati on Course, Air Force Special Operations Qualification Course)

  • A Master's Degree

  • SOF O-6 level Staff experience

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
