JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary/Objective: Ensure that the quality of work produced meets or exceeds customer expectations as defined by Opportunities, Inc. documented procedures, including overall facility requirements. Essential Functions 1. Maintain records, coordinate and perform systematic QMS quality checks on daily production, providing direction to Production on a daily basis. 2. Identify quality concerns, take appropriate immediate action and communicate to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator. 3. Maintain and follow an organized approach to Quality Assurance (QA) by upholding the strict documented quarantine and release protocol. 4. Initiate corrective actions as directed by procedures and collaborate with production operations to reach satisfactory outcomes. 5. Coordinate all QA activities and outside communications directly with the Quality Assurance Manager. 6. Initiate and maintain up-to-date job methods file in accordance with Agency standard operating procedures. 7. Introduce and formalize standards and procedures as needed specific to customer special projects. 8. Document all first piece approvals with Production Supervisor/Customer Service Representative. 9. Train and direct production team as necessary. 10. Participate and represent the Agency from a Quality Assurance perspective i.e., Audits, monthly/quarterly reviews, special projects, etc. 11. Monitor overall facility conditions to meet customer standards and adherence to GMP standards. 12. Report to Quality Assurance Manager and VP of Operations all deficiencies immediately. 13. Keep up-to-date QA Hold logs and provide any assistance needed for rework of \"on-hold\" product. 14.
